Selfii lets you follow the digital breadcrumbs of every medical encounter, every prescription—filled or not—across all the electronic records maintained by your providers in order to create a complete picture of your healthcare journey, to form a singular view of your health record.

Selfii has contracted with 20+ HIEs across the United States as well as the national healthcare networks. The HIEs in the blue regions below are live today and if you live in one of these highlighted regions, we encourage you to signup and receive your Seflii. If you live in other regions then you will need to check back with us to see when we have added your area (for example, regions in green will be added soon).

Even if you don’t live in a region we currently serve, you can create an account and either seek records from the national networks or upload your own data - we will review, analyze and create a structured report for any healthcare records you provide.
